We are looking for an user-centric and data-driven Conversion Specialist to join our team.

A colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead. In other words, you strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast-changing and complex environment. You are a naturally collaborative person who listens and invests in others to achieve common goals. You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions.

You will:

Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover behavioral insights. Including website audits, web analytics research, user journey analysis, heuristic reviews etc.
Propose, define, execute, and evaluate A/B tests aimed at improving website conversion rates and optimizing our key acquisition funnels. Conceive and execute web projects that will grow our user base and revenue.
Ensure our web pages are optimized for performance, while providing exceptional user experience. Track and evaluate all initiatives and communicate results to Management.
Measure and analyze website page performance end-to-end, from initial click to final sale.
Work in collaboration with the other leaders to obtain all that you need to implement qualitative tests and experiments.

We are looking for someone:

With proven CRO experience.
With experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc.);
Who has worked with tools such as: Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar etc.
Who understands and has previously worked in implementing A/B and multivariate experiments.
With a flexible mind and diverse skill set: you’re focused on numbers and are data-driven in making decisions, but you can also see the bigger picture.
Who can work well with content writers, web designers and web developers.
Eager to learn and focused on developing abilities through practice and incorporating constructive feedback;
Who’s a natural critical thinker. You should be able to articulate exactly what isn’t working and what could be better and why. The key is using data to examine how visitors and prospects are using the site, what problems or bottlenecks they face, and how to overcome these issues to enable successful conversions.
Who has a strong sense of empathy. Talking to customers and understanding what they’re saying, not saying and hoping for are all part of finding out how to deliver the right message in the right way.
Who understands the power of words. You should have a feel for customizing tone, diction, style, and format to each buyer persona, which requires writing that isn’t just good, but flexible.
Who learns from failures. With each failed test, you should learn something valuable, and by continuing to test, eventually achieve the wins you were looking for.
Open-minded and responsible, with a true knack for communicating ideas clearly and in a compelling manner, while delivering on time.

We would be excited to see that you have certificates based on professional courses, such as the CXL Institute certifications. This is nice to have, not mandatory.
Personal Attributes required:

Passion for data-driven marketing and business intelligence across channels; proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive action
Have effective communication skills: you like sharing and exchanging ideas.
Be driven by curiosity and continuous learning.
Have experience in project management: you have led projects before.
Have good organizational skills & capacity to think and build strategies.
Have attention to detail, be a critical thinker, and a problem-solver.
Have good knowledge of both spoken and written English.

What we bring to the table…:

We always strive to have open, honest communication;
A fun, flexible, and relaxed work environment;
The chance to be part of an awesome, fun, high-performance team;
Attractive salary package;
A fast-growing company environment, which also means huge personal growth potential and new, challenging projects to work on;
Support in adapting to the privacy and security industry and learning how to make the most of it;
Constant training, both in using tools and assimilating new knowledge;
Central office location
Flexible benefits on top of your salary (choose your favorite things from a wide range of options, including medical insurance, courses, and others).
