We’re looking to expand our Customer Support team in Bucharest! If you’re a natural-born solution finder and prefer a flexible schedule (5 days/week- Monday-Sunday), the CyberGhost Bucharest office has a seat with your name on it.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

Solve of general, product-specific questions;
Research relevant answers and action plans;
Accurate documentation and issue handling in a ticketing system, closely following standard processes and procedures;
Handle incoming chat communication;

 
We are looking for people who:
 

Have good written and verbal communication skills in German;
Good grip of general troubleshooting and customer problem solving;
Are customer-oriented, working with strong soft skills;
Have experience in technical support or customer service (nice to have);
Work with passion while still having fun;
Care about online privacy and security;
