Kape is looking for a B2C product marketing manager to join the Security product team, in Tel Aviv.
The team leads the products strategy and roadmaps and is looking for a product marketing manager to be the bridge between the product and marketing team.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be in charge of taking over, managing and growing the customer journey and retention of the security brands in Kape’s portfolio.


Coordinate with the product, design and marketing teams (and external resources) in a professional, timely manner to execute robust projects.
Work closely with the Head of Product to ensure collateral meets guidelines and creative standards.
Conceptualizing and executing consumer acquisition and engagement campaigns across a diverse mix of channels including paid acquisition and email marketing, a/b testing and more.
Responsible for the monetization of new product features, both internally and externally.
Measure and optimize the customer journey as it relates to our retention, products feature adoption and usage, including customer satisfaction.
Develop and sharpen the products value proposition – and manage where and when to effectively communicate this across channels, and understand what differentiates Kape vs competition.
Monetization & Retention: growing revenues from the existing customer base. Focus on LTV, AOV, ARPU, ARR, reactivation rate and retention rate. This includes campaigns on upgrades (additional products) upsells (subscription plan interval), reactivation, use cases education, referral programs and anti-churn activities.


2+ years of product / brand marketing or 2+ years B2C product management experience;
Working in the cyber security industry is a plus;
Strong knowledge of product and marketing processes;
Ability to impact customer buying behaviors, including increased conversion and cross sell rates;

Always exploring and asking questions to unearth new revenue opportunities;
Experience using data, analytics, and metrics to drive business results;
A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis;
Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies;
Experience in market analysis;
Creativity, Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills;
Fluent English.
